Read a Turner Designs fluorometer (analog sensor)

gOgarOran his tutorial is an example of reading an analog sensor with the Panther Logger. The Turner Designs Cyclops 7F submersible sensors (now C-FLUOR) are fluorometric sensors for the detection of algal pigments, oils and other substances (see here). The analog C-FLUOR is These sensors output an analog signal as a voltage, zero to five volts and provide three gain settings. There are six wires that need to be connected to the Panther Logger. They are the following:


  • Red wire ---> 12V
